What is the point of passing the shield when he is given vibranium wings? This movie is bull, it is not about Captain America, it is about Falcon who happens to carry the shield that belonged to Steve Rogers. The shield was never what defined Steve Rogers as Captain America, it was the super soldier serum he took. The shield was an after thought to protect him from bullets since he was not made bullet proof by the super soldier serum, and bullets where everywhere during WWII. This movie proves that most people just want spectacle at the cost of good story telling.
