I’m a bit late to Arc Raiders but I’ve logged about 15 hours so far. I understand the other side, but for me it comes down to personal preference. I love the rush of sneaking past a hornet or wasp, heart pounding as I hope it doesn’t turn, detect me, and call its buddies to swarm. Sure, there are players who’ll shoot you in the back of the head just as the elevator doors close, but that’s part of the thrill—can you really trust someone running up on you? So far most players have been decent, and that’s part of the experience. I’m happy with my purchase and looking forward to many more intense hours.
