The whole point of the Barrera/Ortega trilogy is that Mindy and Chad were the mastermind killers the whole time. Watch how Mindy lets ghostface kill her girlfriend because she's so overwhelmed by the scratch on her arm. And the bs subway attack. And how viciously Chad was attacked in 6. He couldn't survive that unless they faked it. Since they're in it, I wonder if they're going ahead with the big reveal that they were behind 5&6
