What are you talking about here? There's already a cap on how much you need to draw, namely that you can only hold up to 100 of each spell. Also, the various magic refinement GF abilities were already a very significant alternative means of obtaining magic. Combined with the Card-Mod ability, if you invest time in Triple Triad, you can get tons of high-level spells way earlier than you'd ever be able to find an enemy to draw them from.
