This game isn't a good Splinter Cell game nor even has good stealth gameplay, and it has many flaws in its design. The real flawless Splinter Cell game is Chaos Theory.

No, having Sam and Sarah working together would be lame and the worst thing to happen to the franchise story-wise. Not only it would make no sense for Sarah to join the team considering her absence of military background, but Sam would never let his daughter put her life at risk in a job like this.
