Sanji isn't going to lose to fodder characters like Vergo or Pica after beating queen without that much trouble not to mention the fact queen as an ancient Zoan has a higher durability than Lucci yet Sanji was still able to damage and beat queen so I don't see why he wouldn't be able to damage Luccu
