Search term -gamerant should filter out most. The top hit for me now is gamefaqs with the same bad intel, lol.

Wawnet Inn - Rowley. 2k, 2.5k with master mercantile, 3k with investment (available with master mercantile). I want to say the fence in Dunbarrow Cove is the same. UESP has him listed as 1.5k, but I swear he has 3k in my game atm, with investment. I'm old - I could be having a memory leak, though.
