See AllAttempt to Sell PS4 to GameStop Ends in Confusion
I used to spend $1,000-$2,000 annually at GameStop. But they were constantly getting rid of older games to make room for pop culture stuff. I finally stopped when they changed the pro membership discounts and deals. I cancelled and stopped going. There's no reason half the store should be overpriced PC accessories, Funko Pops, 4x8 section of gift cards, and pop culture items in 1/4th of it. They used to be the only Game store within 35 miles. Now thanks to their lack of supporting anything but current generation and the rise of TCG, we have multiple successful game stores. Used to absolutely love GameStop. They knew me so well at a young age they would call my mom and get permission for me to buy M rated games.
