Honestly, it was so disappointing. The first half of the game is extremely easy. The prologue is too short for a modern AAA title. The story is good but the ending is awful and just feels punishing. I can’t stress this enough: the worst part is they stripped away all of the best parts of a Mafia game which make you want to play it. There’s no open world, there’s hardly anything to gain, and nothing to manage, nor even substitution with decisions to make. I actually did like the game, but I expected so much more. I guess I understand why it released with a lower price point than I was expecting.
