In fairness, a lot of scenes had fairly rushed and unfinished animation in the Shibuya Arc, e.g. Sukuna vs Mahoraga. While I don't deny it being another recomp cash grab, it's also a good way to show the entirety of the Shibuya Arc and tease their most anticipated JJK work yet.
