I think that Tatum's Gambit is going to be over after Secret Wars. They will probably recast after that and Gambit will play a bigger role with someone younger at the helm. I'm not worried about Gambit not appearing. Even before Tatum and with X-Men '97, Marvel knew that he was a fan favourite.
