It All Goes To Waste

Obviously they put a massive budget into silent hill 2.. Thank you. Its beautiful.. Im actually playing it again and the second time around noticed its beauty more than the first time.. That being said.. Do any of their other titles command the same budget as silent hill? No... Prove me wrong...
