It's not review bombing. It's a dramatic drop in the quality of the writing from season 1 to season 2 making the characters nonsensical, bad pacing, changing things from the game that completely contradict past events and motivations, and story that's supposed to be about revenge and trauma feeling more like a teen romance on the CW being noticed by mature audiences and not liking it.
It's a show that took an already unpopular source material and somehow making it worse.
It's professional critics that think DEI in shows is more important than good story telling and can't comprehend that anyone could not like something they do, so they use terms like "review bombing" to explain low ratings and bad reviews.
