You know i might have been behind Pokemon if the company had gone after the fact that palworlds creatures are like 99% the ones from Pokemon. Which I feel they probably could have won because the game isn't for parody and the design and builds are real real close. Instead they went after mechanics and the general way they've handled their patents here is I feel disingenuous to the spirit of gaming and to how the patents are intended to be used
