So the band has a license agreement, that they signed off on, and decided because the new customer has more money than most other customers, they are going to charge them more?
If I was to walk into a used car lot and see a car advertised at 1000$, the dealership does not get to charge me more because I have good credit, or because I have 5K in my bank account. I am actually pretty sure this is called "Price Gouging" and I am pretty sure it's illegal.
