They seem to just add things that were ment for events for those who missed them. That makes rare items and mounts a joke since people took time to do them when the events were active. Just like rare mounts people hunted for years to get, now are just thrown in to obtain easy. What a joke. You are telling those players who spent years hunting mounts they wasted their time.
