See AllMy Hero Academia Fans Are Furious With Adult Deku's Portrayal
Some people seem confused about why it's soo upsetting for many of us:
It's like if Luffy lost his gum-gum ability and no longer wanted to find the One Piece or be leader of the pirates...in the last chapter.
Or Hinata decided he didn't really care about Volleyball when he reached senior year.
Or Tanjirou decided he didn't need to save his sister.
I'm not saying Deku being a teacher is bad, I'm saying the dream was ripped out of all of our hands.
There's nothing beyond, nothing more.
The imposter in 431 isn't the character we cheered on for 430 chapters, who cried tears of joy when he received a hero suit gifted to him by people that wanted him by their side, only for him to flip the dream on its head and say "No thanks" in the end. Heroes were reduced to quirked police, the worst stuff that happens now is carjackings?
It ruined the fantasy. 430 was the best ending I could have hoped for
My Hero Academia Author Horikoshi Confirms He's Starting A New Series
I'm happy for him that he's going to continue creating, but honestly I don't think I trust to follow along anymore after the painful epilogue he left us in MHA.
If he writes something again, I'd love to check it out when it's complete
Ganbatte sensei; thank you for the 10 years.
