Great game, having a lot of fun with it. Anyone saying it is stealth heavy are the people who can't be bothered to spend a bit of time raising their reputation with the various cartels. Stealth is minimal when you have a good reputation. If you plow through just the main missions you'll not have any skills and an under powered weapon and probably be in the bad books of all the cartels. That is definitely not how to play an open world RPG game.
