Since I and my wife have been playing since the launch in 04, we have been through many changes over the decades.

I'm not completely sold on the idea with eliminating combat add-ons, because each time Blizzard has tried to do something similar, it's either been reverted or cancelled completely.

Now for getting rid of talent trees or some talents, like someone said they tried this before in MoP and they walked it back.

Unless Blizzard wants to do something like some private servers do and give everyone access to all talents available to each class simultaneously, then I don't think what they are proposing will work.

I know new and younger players can get overwhelmed with the mechanics of each class and talent combo, but that uniqueness is what sets WoW apart from all other MMORPG's.
