Steam (Valve LLC) is a victim here. The ones to blame are the CC providers that basically blackmailed Valve and Itch. I have less sympathy for Itch, taken that they withdrew downloads from people that had bought the deleted games, but it seems they reversed that after backlash... Maybe... Unclear... Hearing mixed things.
