Build-a-Bear Adds New Gen 4 Baby Pokemon to Plush Collection

This plushie is so cute, but I want to mention that that’s not a Pokeball! That’s a Premier ball, which is what the hoodie is referencing! ^^ I’m hopeful for Togepi if they make more baby forms!
