Or luffy dont need to learn it.. Let the final villain know it.. Either imu or teach know it... And luffy has to combine haki with zoro or someone to deliver final blow.. Or yet luffy combine with entire straw hat haki to do it

I think its usopp that make luffy have a hard time defeating him.. Just because usopp have many trick that luffy easily fall for..usopp may gather his own crew become like buggy that have people obsessed with him even though he not that strong.. Zoro is the easiest because he become part of buggy crew and the first person to be defeated
