DrLupo Responds to Dr Disrespect Fans
Kyle
"Check your facts dude"
Wow, where do we even start...
"Do you have any idea how much crime hides behind an NDA?"
Literally none... No crimes can be hidden behind behind an NDA, period.
If there was a crime committed, DrD wouldn't have been paid out by Twitch, and we know for a fact that he was.
That's one of the main things about NDAs....
If it serves to silence you over a crime, it is not admissible in court and you can't be sued for breaking NDA.
"The only way we ever get the actual facts through of an NDA is if one the perpetrator breaks the deal of his own volition"
You do realise that, with the disgruntled ex employees tweets, Twitch HAVE broken this NDA with Doc, right?
It is open season now.
Doc either dishes the dirt himself, or he sues the ex employee into oblivion.
"Which by way include a now deleted and multi edited post by Dr. Disrespect in which he admitted to the crime of atleast having a inappropriate conversation with a minor and apologizing for it"
Again, wrong.
Inappropriate messaging of a "minor" - this still hasn't been confirmed by literally anyone yet, btw.
We don't know what country, or if in the US, the actual state that the person was in.
That matters... As the definition changes and so does the legislation.
So, definitions of the word "minor" aside, "inappropriate" messaging is not illegal either.
And the only admittance to this was "messages that leaned into inappropriate" by Doc, and the former employer using the words "sexting" - so it's really anyone's guess how minor or serious this was.
There was a specific reason why he states "exchanging of photos or videos" because that's a clear, slam-dunk, no questions, illegal act.... And we know that didn't happen, and we know there was nothing like grooming or arranging to meet in person, otherwise that'd be illegal and, again, Twitch wouldn't have had to pay out millions on his contract.
Not condoning any behaviours here, but your "facts" are mostly wrong.
