Yh im pretty sure Sidra is the weakest, considering Golden Frieza could stop his half assed Hakai Sphere, Belmod is too weak to be 2nd, since Jiren is stronger than him, and T.O.P ui Goku is stronger than Jiren, and then Manga ui Goku is FAR stronger than that, and then Black Frieza one tap's this Goku, at this point we know that Beerus HAS to be stronger that Black Frieza or the story wouldn't add up, however for this to be the case Beerus would have to be significantly stronger than all the other Gods of Destruction, which clearly wasn't the case when he fought in the manga, and when I mean Signficiantly I mean at least 5x stronger than the 2nd strongest G.O.D, your list makes a bit more sense but I would add some changes around the middle.
