There is no vidence that Yuji, Yuta or Megumi could use Sukuna's DE.
Cleave and dismantle are both innate techniques, they are not MS specific. So any character using them only proves they have access to those techniques.
Yuji's DE acts nothing like MS other than he connects a similar innate technique to his sure hit effect.
