Maybe she met her husband at a psych while making sure Stu was still there after he was taken into custody after the 1st movie maybe she met this mark while checking on that Stu wasn't a threat and maybe mark Evans is who tells Sidney that Stu definitely escaped and who ends up being one of the ghostface in the movie I think Mark might also be one also remember never trust the love interests. Maybe Mark Evens helps Stu escape. I have a lot of ideas lol
