It's not like Mewtwo ex is the end-all-be-all in the meta. This isn't the meta the game started with. Far from it. Point being: it's a fine card to put in such a position because it's not like you're getting something broken. There's really no leg up to be had given its power level. It's a fine way to entice purchasing an otherwise lackluster bundle, though. It's hilarious to me that THIS is what makes you worried about the game being pay to win and not the insane release schedule or crazy profits they've scooped up in less than half a year. Seems like the wrong hill to die on, if you ask me.
