Definitely feel like some of these are a little bs. Having that one line of dialogue with Elia lock you out of two achievements is ridiculous. Also, the game had some bugs when it was first released so a lot of people didn't get the cooking or bounty achievement. In my playthrough I definitely cooked everything at least once. I also did all of the bounties but one of them respawned and when I killed him again it bugged the achievement.
