Sadly I think he's aged out of that role now, Eddie essentially being a slightly older version of Jesse Pinkman but not so much older. He would have been perfect though, no question. He's a phenomenal actor.

Weirdly enough, when I read the books for the first time as a teen the actor who appeared in my head as I was reading Roland was Matthew McConaughey so that's who I've always seen as Roland...it was so weird to see the promo stuff for him as Randall after that! 🤣
