I have a possible theory.

St. Figerland is similar to Nika but instead of the Sun God, his Devil Fruit is the MOON GOD.

The only thing I have to base the on is his hair and beard. They curl into the shape of a CRESCENT MOON.

And with how powerful the Sun God is, the Moon God should also be exceptionally powerful and explain his strength.
