Obvious

Gotta be just as strong, if not stronger then full quirked Deku. He got hard nerfed harder then Mercy in OW1. Those powers better be crack levels higher to compensate for the horrible writing. Just pour a whole bucket of plot armor on him and have the suit severely enhanced by a quirk. Best outcome, cause it's basically Deku exchanging his AK47 for a dollar store water gun, very sad.
