It's X platform also, however on Consoles Purchases made are "Platform" Bound..
Also it's not Pay 2 Win it's Pay to Look Like a Whale~ Haha Seriously if your a "Gatcha" fan get ready to drop $$$!
You get free cosmetics but again it's Free! Paying to look Badass and/or Sexy! But Looks can be deceiving.. As Multiplayer.. Is a HEADACHE and Stressful like all other MMOs where people don't know their roles haha
