He can defeat him.. Don't forget if they were going 1v1 Mirio would also try to defeat him

Remember when Mirio fought against class 1A, Bakugo wasn't there but Deku definitely figured out a way to beat him. It's pretty obvious Bakugo can beat him, Mirio isn't completely invisible

I doubt Deku's suit makes him stronger than Bakugo so I'll be hoping for another update 😏

Anyway I still don't agree with the fact that Deku is Bakugo's main drive or something, he's always wanted to be like All might and that dream of his shouldn't be easily affected with him missing his rivalry with Deku

I know the ranking isn't based on strength or else Bakugo would be number one but the fact that he only went up because Deku got back in the game is so not Bakugo.. He's always wanted to win and be number one his own way it has nothing to do with the fun rivalry he had with Izuku.

I knew I was right when I was complaining about his old rank because even if he's not liked very much his strength, resilience and amazing works would still put him in top three so obviously he can shoot up by ten ranks so easily but tell me why he only did that now. I know people may have explanations for it but I know very well I can counter any of them.

In fact I could tell something like this would happen after what he said to Deku in the hospital after the last battle.. Hori really just nerfed Bakugo cuz that's not his character at all, it's not about him becoming a better person or anything, his dream still stands and should have nothing to do with Deku.
