See AllPETA Wants Nintendo to Change the Mario Kart World Cow
I thought this was humorous at first until I saw they complained about the Museum in Animal Crossing! Are you kidding me? Wow I think that's one of the best parts of Animal Crossing! I didn't know anything about the cow nose ring because I don't play Mario games but really, yes there's educating people about animal cruelty and then there's just nonsense. Peta once made a turkey farm in NH stop coloring their white turkeys with colored sugar for Thanksgiving - and these turkeys weren't even scheduled to be dinner. They protest the county fair, etc. Etc. - I wonder how much time these people have to protest things, it must be a full time job.
Starfield Developer Says Players Are Sick of Long Games
We aren't! We love long games with tons of content and spectacular value for the prices of these fantastic games! Which sounds better: a day to play a game, 6 months to play a game and enjoy it for the same price? No matter what people will complain - the short games and remasters are not getting alot of love for the high prices. Video games have always been expensive - I couldn't afford very many PS2 games - and I remember that $70 for a new game was normal (the really great AAA games not that I knew that's what they were at the time.). The popularity of Steam Deck and massive discounts on fantastic huge games just because they are a little older is becoming the norm - bigger better more faster development isn't the answer to justify short games. Fast fashion destroyed the clothing markets and contributes to massive wasted garbage clothing that can't even be reused. 8 new fashion seasons a year now not 4! Sad. We don't want fast fashion for gaming - but maybe that's just me.
