The Perfect Casting For A Live Action Aloy In Horizon Zero Dawn Already Exists
Ashly is great, but she is 34 and can't convincingly play am 18 year old without expensive CGI de-aging, and the CGI is going to be expensive enough with the machines. Though I guess Aloy doesn't need to be 18. They could change the catalyst from the "coming of age" Proving ceremony to some other chance interaction between Aloy and Olin, for Hades to first see her. But I think it would lose some of the emotional weight of a barely-adult Aloy who's only care in the world is finding out who her mother was.
