I always prefer player FemShep. I don't know why, I just think there's more...emotion in the performance.
That being said I do still like Male Shepard.
I actually read a fanfiction once. It's basically a novelisation of ME2 with Canon Male Shepard. He's an Earthborn/War hero, so he's both Paragon and Renegade. That could be a way to do the personality for Shepard.
What do you guys think about Shepard being twins, one male Paragon the other female renegade or vice versa?
