I dont know if i agree with your rankings. Ive seen some pretty potent rangers. Especially the drakewarden ranger. At level 20 they basically have a full grown dragon. They can ride the dragon into combat and rain arrows on enemies. Or if they go melee they infuse their strikes to add damage. With the right weapons and gear they are basically unstoppable
