ff9 AP grinding is easy. Get quina, and a chocobo. Go to this weird long archipelago where grand dragons spawn everytime and use quina lvl 5 death. Insta dead and I think it was like 15 or AP a pop. A few hours grinding max and everything you have so far is learned. As a bonus it allows freyas dragon move to deal Uber/max damage due to the power being based on how many dragons you have slayed
