Dude TWD explains this problem easily....ooh how did the virus get out of hand so fast? Why can't militaries wipe out the routers? SIMPLE!!! WE ARE ALL INFECTED!! The wildfire virus doesn't cause ppl to become zombies...it simply unlocks something that's already in our own DNA causing the mutation....no combine the with the daily global death toll on any given day and it would escalate quickly....add to that the fact that the DNA unlocking virus is airborne as well as contact spread and were all screwed in a matter of weeks...in fact this single explanation makes TWDs virus not only possible but probable with how science is pushing DNA mutation
