Only this has actually been going on since the game released.
I canned this game months ago after repeated issues of lost levels and no reply from attempts to contact support.
My friend had the same issue and hot a refund after only a week. I gave it longer but no fixes at all. I'm just surprised this is somehow the first article I've read on this when it's been happening since launch.
