Idk what blizzard is talking about, I been playing with plenty of other spiritborn eagle evade and quill builds and it isn't affecting my gameplay negatively at all, you made the character able to do the move so let it be, every time you guys "accidently"make a good build you nerf it just like you did the entire game. Diablo 4 has been completely disappointing. Stop "fixing" builds, crashes and glitches yes but evade works the same as it has all 5 seasons, you're the ones who made a weapon who makes infinite evades so let it alone.
