Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater Would Feel Incomplete If One Boss Was Mishandled

You're not actually supposed to set the clock forward to make The End die of old age. He's supposed to die of old age because you took too long, literally weeks, to defeat him. Players who got frustrated and walked away would come back to find the game got bored of the player and they can just move on.
