How is there a devil fruit tree when devil fruits take over other near by already existing fruits(before anyone says anything, the devil fruit "that's already existing" could be growing on a tree and or already be picked)? Woould not having a tree defeat the purpose of that process?

I one hundred percent do not believe there could be two same devil fruit and this has been proven multiple times by multiple people.

Nika of legend is still the same nika, a destroyer and a liberator. Not two different people. Do people forget about the premonition of luffy by (don't remember what her name is off the top of my head, but) the fish lady?
