The powers make sense but I doubt she'd be a Vanguard, but interesting if so; mainly because most Vanguards are typically depicted as being rather big (even Cap and Strange when you compare them to the likes of Hulk or Groot) presumably to better suit the role and seeing her anywhere near as big as them would look odd IMO.
