Deku's mom's quirks would surely be useful in an ordinary life. I believe Uraraka's would also be good, mostly if you're used to doing much heavy lifting, if not because she can't really direct or control things. Same as Shigaraki's, if you basically must destroy stuff like plastics, trash, and so on, it'd be great, but not for other stuff. Momo's seem like a great deal but you'd have to know up to the molecular components of the object you want to create, and that sounds like too much work for day-to-day life.
And this logic can be applied to practically almost all quirks, so, yeah, I'd probably stick with quirks like Deku's mom for tasks. Plus, you'd never lose a pen or even your coins with a quirk like hers.

You actually have a point here. The quirks themselves aren't selfish and don't make the people selfish, it's their mentality and what they believe they can use their quirks for. Saying that, Toga isn't selfish at all, but the way she was treated made her believe her quirk could only be used for evil, which is the opposite of Shinsou. But I'd like to defer on All for One, since in his case, he was selfish, had a selfish and quite evil mentality and decided that he would use his power for evil. Though I agree that his power could have done good, he was just no good, so he wouldn't even think of that possibility.
