My prediction: Loki will bring the heroes from the various timelines together to stop Doctor Doom from becoming Emperor of the Multiverse. Doom will try to use Reed and Sue's son Franklin to seize control over the Sacred Timeline so he can rule over all of it, possibly by killing Loki. Franklin has the Power Cosmic, according to Galactus, so when we see Doom with Franklin at the end of the F4 movie, it makes perfect sense that he knows how powerful Franklin will become and fully intends to exploit his power, most likely to reach Loki's throne. Franklin, at least in the comics, can create pocket universes and travel around the multiverse. All we know for sure is he can bring people back to life, but if Doctor Doom is interested in him, you can bet his powers are going to be a primary factor in Doom's plan.
