I can't honestly truly say I have one in particular favorite pokemon because and seriously I am bipolar so I would say at one point it's mew then change cycles and it's now mewtwo and then again now it's dragonite but for the complete full normal period of my life I would have to say it's probably gonna have to be mewtwo because I just get it being highly intelligent and just a complete freak of nature is truly a sound story with myself but yeah through out my different mind frames it's between the three I mention and then runner up is lugia because lugia is awesome also.
