There is literally zero chance he can't ride or race a chocobo. Shouldn't need to elaborate further than the fact they're everywhere. However, I doubt he would have the time to breed them, and afaik he's never took a leisure vacation anywhere near snow.

As far as "lowering himself to be a normal soldier" he was born as a genetic super soldier. That's also sorta the same as saying "Darth Vader would never be a Stormtrooper"... Like... Sure?

Also, i think you're severely underestimating Glenn, Genesis, and Angeal if you think Sephiroth was always immune to all these shenanigans that Cloud goes through.
