long time player here. Call of Duty MW2 (2023) was one of the best mixes of real combat, immersiveness and arcade. At the start you had normal battleskins, albeit a bit too many women skins, (*as statistically there are only a few per cent of women in armies) but at least they still fit the theme.

I think I speak for a majority when saying when the nicky minaj's and other skins that obviously do not fit the battlefield, warzone and war thematics, just instantly lost the immersiveness this game offers, and started going towards the arcade.

If they start dialing it down, the old skins will still be there, so what difference does it make. Let's just see how will the next game look like.
