There were a lot of very genuine issues with this title - chief among them a lacklustre script. I feel that you purposefully avoided dialogue/script as one of your pre-requisites for success, as you knew that was a genuine gripe amongst the fans. Frankly, the review media should have talked about it more in their numerous 9/10 reviews and this lack of balance was one of the chief drivers for the 'bad actors' you mention. In many ways, you did bring this on yourselves.

You forgot to mention the implied romantic feelings she has for Zack, both in CC as head of the Zack fanclub and in Rebirth in later quests, where she awaits Zacks's return.
